​How long will it take me to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the purchase date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details upon shipment, Products will be shipped with Toll, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery.
To avoid delays, please insure you put the correct shipping area when checking out.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship to New Zealand..

Oh no, my parcel is lost/damaged, what do i do?
Please check your parcel for damage BEFORE signing for it. If you sign for a parcel that is visually damaged, the freight company will not assist in a claim.
Please contact us within 1 business day if you open your parcel and find you have damaged goods. This will allow us the time to make a claim with the freight company, whilst we send you a replacement item. The freight company will not assist in a claim after 2 business days.
Should your track and trace your parcel and it shows delivered, but you have not received your parcel, please contact us in the first instance and we can make a claim with the freight company, whilst we send you a replacement item.

What happens if i order the wrong size?
Simply return the item to us within 7 days and in new condition and we will send you out the correct size.

Product & Return Policy
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, colour may show differently depending on your monitor display settings. Returns will be accepted on any of our products within a reasonable time frame. Where an item is deemed faulty we will provide options for a replacement item, an online credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other options.
